Tracy and her team are amazing in every sense of the word. When my husband and I moved to Illinois, we needed to find a home and find one fast back in late 2023. Building relationships and trust is key to an amazing partnership with your realtor. You want to feel safe, secure, and HEARD. We felt all of that. Even when we moved from IL to TX this year, we called Tracy back for help and she was right there. We’re no strangers to home buying and we’ll continue to buy homes for years after but I’ll always think of Tracy and always recommend her even if I live across the world. I’m not being dramatic. As someone who “peoples” for a living, good customer service is not always a given. But with HomeSmart, that’s their bottom line.
